Rapid Analysis
In this phase Clear Watt does an fast tracked desktop analysis to determine both high-level budget, commercial viability and technology fit. This will allow to make informed decision before further financial commitments are made
Yield Utilization
After the Energy Yield is determined the effective utilization of it is measured against the offtake curve to limit energy "wastage". This factor normally has the largest effect on your strategic intend and capital payback.
Fit for Purpose
Understanding how the generation system will support the client "core" business is fundamental to the success of the project. a Practical understanding of clients process and energy utilization curves are prescribed to ensure that the system supports both the optimum integration and energy utilization. These can include concepts such as inductive load shifting and time of use cost offsets.
Integration Fit
Understanding how the generation system will "fit" into clients commercial or industrial site on a physical level is very relevant to project success. Determining technical layout and available spaces for installation of future generation systems.
Budget Sign-off
Clear Watt ensures all relevant budgets and financial models are accurately prepared and inserted into a presentation packs for submissions to relevant boards for approval. These packs has full financial saving models and incorporates all relevant tax benefits.
CAPEX/Debt Raising
After budget and project approval Clear Watt can support client with different funding models for the project. The project can be executed on a CAPEX or OPEX basis and we will prepare asset or PPA funded offers for approved system.
Tender Specifications & Contract Adjudications
Clear Watt will ensure that the tender specification and executable contract accurately represents both the strategic and commercial approach approved by the customer. Tender document technical and commercial specifications will ensure a proper "apple for apple" comparison. Further contractual management can be included to ensure budgets, H&S and technical specifications are adhered to throughout the integration.
PR and Sign-Off
Clear Watt has both the project and site management experience to ensure project is constructed to standard and all performance measures are met. All aspects of commercial, contractual and schedule controls can be incorporated.
